Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, preferably with cruise line experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of destination management, tour operations, and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications in first aid, CPR, or other relevant safety training may be beneficial.
  • Languages: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those spoken by cruise line passengers, can be a significant advantage.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the cruise line schedule.
