RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Setup: Setting up and maintaining audio, video, and lighting equipment for events, shows, and presentations.Troubleshooting technical issues and providing prompt solutions. Ensuring the proper functioning of all AV systems.
• Event Support: Coordinating with event planners and staff to understand their AV requirements. Providing technical support during events, such as conferences, weddings, and parties. Operating sound and lighting equipment as needed.
• Guest Support: Assisting guests with AV inquiries and requests. Providing technical assistance to guests using onboard entertainment systems.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining AV equipment to ensure optimal performance. Scheduling repairs and replacements as necessary. Inventory Management: Maintaining an inventory of AV equipment and supplies. Ordering and stocking necessary items.
• Training: Providing training to crew members on the use of AV equipment. Developing and implementing AV training programs.
