RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assessment: Evaluating student performance and providing feedback.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting and maintaining diving equipment.
  • Emergency Procedures: Training students in emergency procedures, such as first aid and rescue techniques.
  • Environmental Awareness: Promoting environmental awareness and conservation among divers.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to students and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diving Certifications: Possessing advanced diving certifications, such as Open Water Instructor or Divemaster.
  • First Aid and CPR: Holding current first aid and CPR certifications.
  • Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of diving theory, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Experience: Having significant diving experience, including experience in various diving environments.
  • Communication Skills: Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and interact with students.
  • Patience: Being patient and understanding, as teaching diving can require repetition and patience.
  • Physical Fitness: Maintaining a good level of physical fitness to perform diving activities and set a positive example for students.
