RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Show Production: Overseeing the planning, production, and execution of live shows, musical performances, and other entertainment events. Managing all aspects of production, including casting, choreography, set design, lighting, sound, and costumes. Ensuring that shows adhere to the cruise line's standards and meet the expectations of passengers.
  • Talent Management: Recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of performers, including singers, dancers, musicians, and actors. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to performers to ensure their optimal performance.
  • Equipment Management: Ensuring that all necessary equipment, including sound systems, lighting fixtures, and stage props, are in good working condition. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for entertainment productions. Monitoring expenses and ensuring that productions stay within budget.
  • Crew Management: Leading and supervising a team of production staff, including stagehands, technicians, and support personnel. Ensuring that the team is properly trained and motivated.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines related to entertainment productions. Implementing safety procedures to protect performers and audience members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Proven experience in the field of entertainment production, preferably in a live performance setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for entertainment and a creative mindset.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of stagecraft, lighting, sound, and costume design. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of diverse individuals. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
